Shipping Policy

1. Where does Mahair Art Gallery ship to?
Mahair Art Gallery delivers nationwide across Malaysia. Delivery is free within the Klang Valley, while delivery charges will apply for outstation locations.
 

2. How long does delivery take?
We ship using citylink within Malaysia. All items are shipped from Kuala Lumpur. Estimated delivery times are:

  • 3–7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia

  • 7–14 working days to East Malaysia

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
 

4. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Self-collection is available. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup. For any questions, please reach out to us at 018-2266 538.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. How does the order process work?
Once you have placed your order on mahairartgallery.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Mahair Art Gallery will then prepare and fulfil your order according to the details in the confirmation.
 

2. Can I cancel an order?
Our team usually processes orders quickly, often on the same day. For customised artworks or personalised items, cancellation is not possible once production has started. For ready-made items, if you change your mind within the same day, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it for you. Once an order has been delivered, cancellation, return, or exchange will not be accepted.
 

3. How is my order packed?
All purchases are carefully packed in secure bubble wrap, designed to protect your items and arrive in excellent condition. If you have any special packing requests (such as including a personalised message), please include your instructions when placing the order. or contact us via Whatsapp.
 

4. Can I return or exchange an item?
We’re sorry the artwork didn’t meet your expectations. As most of our pieces are created in small batches or personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please reach out to us — we’d be happy to hear your feedback and assist wherever possible.
 

5. What if I receive the wrong item?
We sincerely apologise for any mix-up. Please contact us immediately, and we will arrange to correct the order and ensure you receive the right items from Mahair Art Gallery.
 

6. What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but unfortunately, we cannot fully control how parcels are handled during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — just contact us right away and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
 

7. How does a refund work?
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, we will process a refund through the same method used for payment. In cases where alternative arrangements are needed, we will contact you directly. Full refunds can only be issued if the request is made before the products are made or shipped. Please note that Mahair Art Gallery operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and is not responsible for currency fluctuations or bank charges that may occur during refunds.
